The hotel has several swimming pools, which was great for relaxing and enjoying a swim. Night shows entertained nicely. The beach, just a short walk away, is clean and perfect for swimming. I encountered several issues. The noise from constant traffic on the main road outside made it hard to sleep. The staff, while friendly, seemed poorly trained and often created disturbances in the dining area. A physical altercation among staff in the kitchen was concerning. The bathroom in my room was not up to standard, with brown towels and unreliable water pressure. Two evenings, I noticed the cook burning the meat, making it inedible. Meals lacked variety and hygiene standards were questionable, especially in how food was served in the restaurant. the location and pools were enjoyable, but there were significant areas needing attention to improve the guest experience.
